Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and production of visual content for digital media, including websites, marketing campaigns, product packaging, and more, tailored to client specifications.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and refine deliverables based on their feedback.
- Develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to final delivery, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand identities.
- Manage multiple client projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining open communication with clients throughout the process.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients, making adjustments based on their input.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to offer clients the most innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Experience in brand development and packaging design.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
