As a vital contributor to our creative team, you will work collaboratively to produce exceptional designs that not only meet but surpass client expectations. Your ability to craft compelling visuals, whether for digital platforms or print media, will be essential in achieving our clients' objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Engage in diverse design initiatives from inception to finalization, adhering to specified requirements.
  2. Collaborate with team members and clients to brainstorm and implement innovative design solutions that can be adapted across multiple media.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and local events to inform your design approach.
  4. Create high-quality, impactful designs across all media formats while meeting established timelines.
  5. Review and refine your work to minimize design and content discrepancies.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  1. Develop marketing communication materials, including thematic concepts and individual design pieces.
  2. Contribute to various design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with requirements.
  3. Efficiently produce necessary materials for clients.
  4. Deliver creative outputs within the designated deadlines and budget constraints.
  5. Participate in assigned meetings to discuss project progress and ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  1. A degree or diploma in graphic design, communication design, or a related discipline is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in graphic design.
  3. Solid understanding of typography, layout, and the visual components of design.
  4. Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  5. Exceptional creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands through analytical thinking.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
  9. Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.
  10. Experience in both independent and collaborative team environments is essential.
  11. Commitment to embodying the Company Core Values in daily activities.
  12. Willingness to undertake occasional overtime and travel as necessary.
