Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to become an integral part of our creative team.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Digital Product & Marketing, the Digital Project Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective execution of our digital initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that client and team objectives are met seamlessly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management and communication abilities, along with a proven history of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and satisfactory delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage digital projects across various channels, including website development, responsive redesigns, e-commerce, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising, from inception to completion.
  • Prioritize and plan deliverables and resources for all projects based on project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope, detailed plans, timelines, deliverables, and meeting notes in collaboration with the team.
  • Proactively monitor project progress to identify potential risks and devise solutions.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, specification creation, information architecture, and other necessary documentation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration across the agency.
  • Propose innovative digital solutions for new initiatives and efficiencies during the business development process.
  • Document and communicate changes in project requirements and resources clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts for projects, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of detail and quality.
  • Coordinate resource scheduling effectively.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients regarding project status, risks, and issues.
  • Share and implement best practices in project management across the agency.
  • Manage vendor responsibilities and track vendor deliverables.
  • Conduct internal post-project reviews and analyses.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital projects; integrated agency experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of management and teams, including client relations, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with substantial technical expertise.
  • Proactive problem-solver who enjoys leading and working on both large and small-scale digital projects.
  • Positive team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and a proven ability to negotiate favorable outcomes for the team and clients.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Experience with WordPress and Shopify.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, MailChimp, and other email platforms.
  • Undergraduate or college degree in Business, Advertising, or a technology-related field.
  • Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
