Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to become an integral part of our creative team.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Digital Product & Marketing, the Digital Project Manager will oversee the effective development and delivery of our digital projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that client and team objectives are met seamlessly and proactively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management and communication abilities, along with a proven history of managing multiple projects successfully, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage digital projects across various channels, including website development, responsive redesigns, e-commerce, email marketing, social media, and digital marketing from inception to execution.
  • Plan and prioritize project deliverables and resources according to project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, detailed plans, timelines, deliverables, and meeting notes in collaboration with the team.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and devise solutions to mitigate them.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, specification development, information architecture, and other necessary documentation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration across the agency.
  • Propose innovative digital solutions and efficiencies as part of the business development process.
  • Document and communicate any changes in project requirements and resources clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts for projects, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate resource scheduling effectively.
  • Maintain open communication with internal teams and clients regarding project status, risks, and issues.
  • Share and implement best practices in project management across the agency.
  • Manage vendor responsibilities and track their deliverables effectively.
  • Conduct internal post-project reviews and ongoing analysis.
  • Bring over 5 years of experience in managing digital projects, with integrated agency experience being a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of management and teams, including client interactions.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and technical expertise.
  • Be an enthusiastic problem-solver who thrives in leading both large and small-scale digital projects.
  • Possess solution-oriented work ethics and be a positive team player.
  • Showcase excellent conflict resolution skills and a proven ability to negotiate favorable outcomes for the team and clients.
  • Be highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Have experience with WordPress and Shopify.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, MailChimp, and other email platforms.
  • Hold an undergraduate or college degree in Business, Advertising, or a technology-related field.
  • Be proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
