Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to become an integral part of our creative team.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Digital Product & Marketing, the Digital Project Manager is responsible for the efficient development and delivery of our digital initiatives. This key role ensures that client and team objectives are met seamlessly and proactively. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding project management and communication abilities, along with a proven history of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and satisfactory outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate digital projects across various channels, including website development, responsive redesigns, e-commerce, email marketing, social media, and digital marketing initiatives from inception to execution.
- Prioritize and plan deliverables and resources across all projects, aligning with project goals and scope of work.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project scopes, detailed plans, timelines, deliverables, and meeting minutes in collaboration with the team.
- Proactively assess project risks and devise effective solutions.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, specification development, information architecture, and other necessary documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration across the agency.
- Propose innovative digital solutions for new initiatives and operational efficiencies as part of the business development strategy.
- Document and communicate any changes in project requirements and resources clearly to all stakeholders.
- Lead quality assurance processes for projects, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of detail and quality.
- Schedule and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain open communication with internal teams and clients regarding project status, risks, and issues.
- Share and implement best practices in project management within the agency.
- Manage vendor responsibilities and track vendor deliverables effectively.
- Conduct internal post-project evaluations and analyses.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital projects, with integrated agency experience being a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of management and teams, including client interactions, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and possess deep technical expertise.
- Be an enthusiastic problem-solver who thrives in leading both large and small-scale digital projects.
- Showcase solution-oriented work ethic and be a positive team player.
- Display excellent conflict resolution skills and a proven ability to negotiate favorable outcomes for the team and clients.
- Maintain exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.
- Have experience with WordPress and Shopify platforms.
- Be proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA and email marketing platforms like MailChimp.
- Hold an undergraduate or college degree in Business, Advertising, or a technology-related field.
- Be proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
