Strategic Project Manager and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Manager and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Daimler Trucks North America LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth through strategic project management and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, driving the adoption of new technologies and business models to stay ahead of the competition.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, business development, innovation, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong project management and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Language: Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
