About the Role

At Tree of Life Canada, we're committed to delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to Canadians. As a Strategic Business Transformation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping our company's future by driving process optimization and digital acceleration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of cross-functional business processes, identify gaps, and develop functional and integration requirements to drive process optimization and digital acceleration.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with multiple business groups and stakeholders to gather requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project administration, remove impediments, and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster productive working relationships with senior business users and business managers to acquire subject matter expertise and drive adoption of designed processes and solutions.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and manage business documentation, including project vision documents, current state and future state process maps, user stories, business requirement documents, technical requirement documents, and system requirement specifications.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent years of experience).
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project support, with a background in CPG, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Retail industry.
  • Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel, Visio, and Power BI.
