Your Impact as a Strategic Business Development Lead:

  • Formulates and executes strategies to identify, target, and secure business opportunities for revenue enhancement within a designated region.
  • Develops sales account strategies with an emphasis on retail and high-margin prospects.
  • Establishes rapport with clients, engages in sales activities, and collaborates with recruitment teams for successful business outcomes.
  • Maintains an extensive understanding of products and services to optimize sales potential.
  • Coordinates sales presentations, collaborates with the Field Organization, assesses competitors, and more.
  • Participates in workshops, reviews industry publications, and engages in professional organizations to remain informed.
