Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key executive stakeholders and articulating the value proposition of Ricoh's services.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business initiatives and developing strategic plans to meet their needs.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and develop solutions that drive business value and return on investment.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to understand the K-12 & Higher Education vertical, including market trends, initiatives, and client personas.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with peers, including consultants and specialists, to develop transformative solutions that meet client needs.
- Business Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business development plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group and executive management team.
- Proposal Development and Management: Review and develop complex Public Sector Request for Proposals (RFP) and lead the Ricoh bid response.
- Education: Post-secondary education, preferably in business.
- Experience: Preferably in public sector, with established contacts and relationships with K-12, College and University sectors.
- Other: Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as well as auto insurance coverage per Ricoh's policy.
