About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Manager to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of stock accuracy and ensuring that our stores are always fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
  2. Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring that merchandise is properly labeled, stored, and rotated to maximize sales and reduce waste.
  3. Shipping and Receiving: Ensure that all shipping and receiving protocols are followed, including verifying inventory levels, inspecting merchandise, and processing shipments in a timely manner.
  4. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that customers have access to the merchandise they need, when they need it.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that they have the necessary merchandise to meet customer demand and to provide support with visual merchandising and inventory management.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in a retail stock management or inventory control role.
  2. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Knowledge: Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
