About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Manager to join our team at Michael Kors. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of stock accuracy and ensuring that our stores are always fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
  2. Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including the receipt and storage of merchandise, to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
  3. Shipping and Receiving: Ensure that all shipping and receiving protocols are executed accurately and efficiently, including the processing of shipments and the handling of returns.
  4. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that the store is visually appealing and that merchandise is displayed in a way that drives sales.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that customers have access to the merchandise they need, when they need it.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure that they have the support they need to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in a retail stock management role, preferably in a fashion retail environment.
  2. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Knowledge: Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures, as well as experience with visual merchandising and customer service.
