We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Keeper to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Stock Keeper, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and shipping parts to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our Parts Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unpack orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Stock and organize parts, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ensure all parts are correctly picked and checked prior to delivery.
• Report any losses or damage to the Parts Manager.
• Return replaced parts and core parts to the manufacturer or supplier.
• Submit damage and discrepancy claims to the manufacturer or supplier.
• Assist in inventory bin checks and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with couriers and suppliers.
• Attend training courses as required to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive industry or retail experience.
• Computer and stock control system knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Professional appearance and friendly disposition.

Working Conditions:

• Using computers to look up and enter data.

• Standing six to eight hours during a shift.
