Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, and stock parts, ensuring they are properly organized and inventoried.
  • Verify the accuracy of parts received and ensure they match the order.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department, including the storage and display of parts.
  • Process and handle warranty claims, returns, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with the parts manager and other team members to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of parts and equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned by the parts manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a retail or automotive environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
