Position Overview

You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the merchandise area, as well as assisting with the stocking and sale of products. Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional Customer Service by warmly greeting all customers, assisting them in product selection, locating items, addressing customer inquiries, and directing concerns appropriately.
  2. Manage a designated area on the sales floor effectively.
  3. Ensure the assigned area is well-organized and visually appealing.
  4. Relocate promotional merchandise to its designated display area.
  5. Handle recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and various store locations.
  6. Provide support at the Front End as needed.
  7. Collaborate with fellow associates to maintain adequate floor coverage.
  8. Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures.
  9. Stock merchandise, perform picking tasks, and downstock when necessary. Implement product protection measures as required. Set up and finalize modular displays, including flexible modulars and new shelf caps.
