About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Toronto Auto Brokers. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Reporting: Compile and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stock Rotation: Develop and implement effective stock rotation strategies to minimize obsolescence and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Regularly monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Requisition Orders: Prepare and submit requisition orders to replenish stock and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Physical Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Inventory Record-Keeping: Record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using our computerized inventory system.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position with English as the primary work language.
  • Hours of Work: 36.35 hours per week.
