Michael Kors is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Stock Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management: Ensure that our stock levels are accurate and up-to-date, and that our inventory is properly stored and maintained.
  2. Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including arranging merchandise displays and ensuring that our store is clean and tidy.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Logistics: Oversee the receipt and processing of shipments, ensuring that all merchandise is accurately received and stored.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience, and that our store is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably in a fashion retail environment.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
