Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Bar.B.Q 1988. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Manage Budget and Finances: Oversee cash handling, balance sheets, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
- Implement Operational Procedures: Determine the type of services to be offered and develop operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
- Cost Control and Inventory Management: Analyze and optimize costs, manage inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service and Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Education: College or CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
- Transportation and Travel: Willing to travel, with travel expenses paid by the employer.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, and a team player.
