About the Role

Alio Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide in-home support to patients in Moncton and Dieppe, NB, and work closely with our clients to design and implement comprehensive Patient Support Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer In-Home Infusions and Injections: Provide educational training and supervision in the use of auto-injection and self-injection devices.
  • Phlebotomy Services: Schedule appointments directly with patients or with designated caregivers.
  • Home Visits: Complete visits at the patient's home or other approved location.
  • Follow-Up Care: Provide any follow-up as needed for patient visits.
  • Charting and Reporting: Complete required charting in a timely fashion, using our highly automated proprietary system, and report any possible adverse events within 24 hours.
Requirements
  • Valid RN in NB: A valid nursing license in New Brunswick is required.
  • CPR Certification: Valid CPR certification is necessary.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on, post-graduation, nursing experience is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French are essential.
  • Documentation Skills: Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills are required.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills in dealing with patients, health professionals, and industry personnel are essential.
  • Home Office: A valid driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle are necessary.
