We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and planning individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with medical professionals and care teams.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to healthcare staff, promoting a culture of excellence and quality care.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and maintaining accurate records of resident care.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and resident outcomes.
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who possesses:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and current registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
