Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, your role will encompass:

  • Overseeing individual assignments throughout the design, procurement, and construction phases, including the management of submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Documenting meeting notes and action items, ensuring each task is completed effectively.
  • Maintaining project adherence to client document control protocols and filing requirements.
  • Engaging in regular collaboration and coordination with internal teams, consultants, client stakeholders, and general contractors/construction managers.
  • Managing the approval process for submittals.
  • Processing RFIs efficiently.
  • Handling change order requests.
  • Coordinating meetings effectively.
  • Monitoring and reviewing project schedules and progress.
  • Administering project observation reports.
  • Generating comprehensive reports.
  • Managing punch-list items.
  • Participating in the commissioning management process.
  • Overseeing project close-out and ensuring proper handover documentation to operations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborating with clients to foster mutually beneficial relationships and effectively communicate the advantages achieved.
  • Balancing the diverse needs of various clients.
  • Establishing connections that extend beyond mere project delivery.
  • Understanding and aligning with the client's strategic objectives and goals.
  • Contributing to the identification and closure of new business opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

  • Supervising the activities of the project team.
  • Exhibiting strong collaboration skills with colleagues.
  • Providing guidance, support, coaching, and motivation to team members.
  • Leading by example and setting a positive standard.
