Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Lead Project Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage in a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, hospitality, and healthcare. Your duties will encompass overseeing project execution for mid to large-scale initiatives, representing Kasian with professionalism, managing client interactions, and ensuring both project quality and financial viability. A background in Healthcare design is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs)
- Draft contractual agreements and project outlines
- Efficiently manage project team resources and utilization
Execution:
- Delegate tasks and ensure timely project completion
- Inspire and lead the project team
- Oversee project budgets and expenditures
Evaluation:
- Assess project performance and quality
- Review project outcomes and implement corrective measures
- Facilitate project closure discussions
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Interior Design
- At least 8 years of experience in project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
The compensation for this role begins at $87,000 annually, with adjustments based on experience and qualifications.
