Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Lead Project Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage in a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, hospitality, and healthcare. Your duties will encompass overseeing project execution for mid to large-scale initiatives, representing Kasian with professionalism, managing client interactions, and ensuring both project quality and financial viability. A background in Healthcare design is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning:

  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs)
  • Draft contractual agreements and project outlines
  • Efficiently manage project team resources and utilization

Execution:

  • Delegate tasks and ensure timely project completion
  • Inspire and lead the project team
  • Oversee project budgets and expenditures

Evaluation:

  • Assess project performance and quality
  • Review project outcomes and implement corrective measures
  • Facilitate project closure discussions

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Interior Design
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools

The compensation for this role begins at $87,000 annually, with adjustments based on experience and qualifications.
