Position Overview: The Lead Project Coordinator role at Paladin Technologies is designed to manage our intricate projects. These assignments involve substantial project value or collaborations across multiple departments. You will oversee designated projects and guide each one from inception to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft comprehensive project schedules, encompassing timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.
  • Oversee and direct AV installations, ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest standards.
  • Administer project finances, guaranteeing that projects are completed within defined scope and budget.
  • Perform risk evaluations and formulate mitigation plans.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, project coordinators, and subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to fulfill their responsibilities.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to monitor progress and resolve any issues or challenges.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing consistent updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their needs and ensure their vision is realized throughout the project.
  • Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct site evaluations and quality assurance checks to ensure superior workmanship.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and amendments.
  • Deliver detailed reports to senior management regarding project performance and outcomes.
  • Ensure the project budget is effectively managed and that client format and language requirements are adhered to promptly.
  • Coordinate and/or provide training for clients.
  • Facilitate the transition of the project to the service department upon project completion.

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in Audio-Visual Project Management.
  • PMP certification or an approved application from PMI is preferred but not mandatory.
  • CTS or CTS-I (Certified Technical Specialist) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Additional industry certifications are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Visio/AutoCAD/DTools viewing.
  • Ability to interpret and understand technical project documents, including engineering and architectural drawings, schedules, test reports, and commissioning documents.

Compensation: $105,000 - $130,000 DOE
