Job Overview

Join our team at Dawson Diner as a dedicated Waiter/Waitress. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in a vibrant restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Order Management: Take and relay orders to kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
  • Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly while addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Billing: Present bills to customers and handle payments through various methods.
  • Support: Assist clients with special needs to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Work Environment

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced atmosphere where teamwork and communication are essential. You will be expected to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems is beneficial.
