Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Work Environment

Our establishment is a bustling restaurant where teamwork and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Present and process customer bills, accepting various forms of payment.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials.
  • Assist customers in selecting menu items based on their preferences.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and sales records.
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and offer recommendations on food and beverages.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently.
  • Take and communicate orders to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Support guests with special requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems is preferred.
Safety and Security
  • Must be bondable.
Transportation Requirements
  • Personal transportation is necessary.
