Education and Experience

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

Work within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, engaging with a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Present bills to patrons and process payments via cash, credit, debit, or other accepted methods.
  • Articulate menu offerings, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience.
  • Adhere to local liquor laws and regulations.
  • Provide recommendations on menu selections to guests.
  • Maintain accurate cash balances and record sales transactions.
  • Ensure cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and respond to questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously.
  • Take and communicate orders to kitchen and bar staff effectively.
  • Assist guests with special requirements as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Qualifications
  • Certificates: Smart Serve certification and Safe Food Handling certificate are preferred.
  • Technology Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems is beneficial.
Safety and Security
  • Must be bondable.
Transportation
  • Personal transportation is required.

Work Schedule

This is a permanent position with hours ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week.
