Qualifications

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Present bills to patrons and process payments through various methods including cash, credit, or debit.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials.
  • Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations.
  • Assist customers in selecting menu items.
  • Manage cash handling and sales recording accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Welcome guests, provide menus, make recommendations, and answer food and beverage inquiries.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently.
  • Take and communicate orders to kitchen and bar staff.
