Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items, such as burgers, sandwiches, and salads, according to company recipes and standards.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the food counter, kitchen, and dining area.
- Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met and that the restaurant runs smoothly.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
