Shift Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Shift Team Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage Restaurant Operations: Ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve conflicts and problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
The Shift Team Lead will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and interacting with customers and staff.
