Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and equipped to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Operations and Logistics
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Performance Management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required
- Work Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is an asset
- Language
- Fluency in French is required
- Work Schedule
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
