Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Ensure that inventory and supplies are properly managed and maintained.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
