Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Restaurants McDonalds. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
Train and Develop StaffProvide training and development opportunities to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Maintain Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and that our customers receive a positive experience every time they visit our restaurant.
Manage Inventory and RecordsMaintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, and ensure that our inventory is managed effectively to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesFast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods
