Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Manager to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include driving new business initiatives while fostering and strengthening existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit strong acumen in identifying potential sales opportunities and nurturing these prospects.
- Consistently meet sales objectives, ensuring regular monthly productivity and revenue generation.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services/products and remain informed about industry trends.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, demonstrating outstanding telephone etiquette and a client-focused mindset.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
- Prioritize service excellence, client satisfaction, and sales achievements.
- Stay current with relevant software applications and technological advancements.
- Monitor personal sales performance diligently.
- Ensure accuracy in tasks such as application processing, client profile management, and business proposals.
- Participate in cross-training for various internal office roles.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and self-driven.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency is a plus.
- Knowledge of an additional language is beneficial.
Attendance at all mandatory events is required. The role is dynamic, and your responsibilities may evolve as you advance in your career.
