Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries efficiently.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately.
  • Keep work records and logs updated.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
