We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Platinum Professional Claims Services Inc. as an Administrative Assistant - Business Operations. Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Business Operations: Assist with business operations, including planning and organizing events, coordinating meetings, and preparing agendas.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Team Support: Provide support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
