Telecommute Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Panni, a leading Sage X3 consulting and implementation partner in North America. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with our Sales team to qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- 3-4 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in the ERP software industry.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
