Position Overview

As an Assistant Manager at Nov 8 Sushi Galore, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the establishment runs smoothly. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage the budget to enhance and sustain restaurant profitability.
  • Operational Oversight: Evaluate daily operations and implement necessary adjustments to food preparation methods and pricing.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of more than 20 staff members, ensuring effective performance and scheduling.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supplier Relations: Negotiate terms with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College/CEGEP.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and point of sale systems.

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
