- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profitability.
- Develop and manage budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, and supplies.
- Operations Management
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with budgetary goals.
- Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure optimal profitability.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor performance to ensure high standards are met.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervision
- Supervise a team of more than 20 staff members.
- Computer and Technology
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and point of sale systems.
