Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct architecture assessments and provide constructive feedback to help clients and partners mitigate configuration and implementation challenges.
- Collaborate with technical architects and product engineers to develop innovative solutions and enhance existing implementations.
- Offer technical assistance for customer inquiries related to Saviynt applications on ServiceNow and Saviynt CPAM products.
- Identify product offering gaps and liaise with the product team to prioritize essential fixes and standardization efforts.
- Support partners in implementation processes and share best practices.
- Guide support teams through complex issues and assist in documenting root cause analyses and observations.
- Aid implementation teams in addressing intricate business scenarios.
- Adhere to approved lifecycle methodologies and create comprehensive documentation for design and testing phases.
- Work closely with the product team to grasp new features in upcoming releases and facilitate internal workshops for field and support engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Java/J2EE with experience in SQL, capable of constructing SQL queries and resolving data-related challenges.
- Over 10 years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment within any Identity Management and Governance product.
- Familiarity with Unix Shell/Perl scripting.
- Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Desk, Remedy, FreshDesk, JIRA, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
- Strong aptitude for teamwork in project-based settings.

Compensation: The salary range for this position considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, and training. Eligible candidates may participate in a discretionary bonus plan, contingent on individual and organizational performance.


Security and Privacy Training: All employees will complete security and privacy literacy training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
