Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and sustain secure and reliable AI solutions by integrating advanced AI technology frameworks with the Saviynt Platform.
- Develop and execute algorithms to create AI and ML processes that align with business objectives.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of AI integration and application programming paradigms to assist engineering teams in structuring projects effectively.
- Collaborate closely with engineering sprint teams to construct AI applications and modules.
- Stay informed about current and emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
- Lead architecture review board sessions to ensure proper development and implementation of AI and ML modules.
- Demonstrate knowledge of AI and ML services on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a software architect, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, web-based, or SaaS applications; overall experience of 10+ years is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of software development or architect experience in Privileged Access Management using leading PAM products.
- Extensive, hands-on architect-level expertise in various Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Grails).
- Strong understanding of architectural styles and design patterns; experience with microservices and API development is advantageous.
- Practical knowledge of deployment patterns for cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Thorough understanding of key cloud platform components, including AWS RDS, Elastic Search, RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Spring Cloud framework.
- In-depth knowledge of security principles, authentication, authorization, single sign-on, and federation; familiarity with Spring Security, SAML, OAuth, etc., is highly desirable.
- Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems, with a willingness to assist support and development teams in resolving production issues.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with short-term operational considerations.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $240,000 annually. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including opportunities for professional development and career advancement. The salary range reflects various factors considered in compensation decisions, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
