Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect, develop, test, and deploy new solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform
  2. Utilize Apex programming to enhance workflow automation and create intricate workflows, triggers, and validation rules
  3. Build custom Lightning Web Components and oversee Experience Cloud development
  4. Assess and evaluate tools or third-party applications for project implementation
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a related role
  2. Extensive experience in Salesforce implementation, particularly with Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  3. Proficient in coding for integrations and workflow process automation
  4. Familiarity with inbound and outbound API integrations (Apex REST)
  5. Knowledge of security and design principles for developing multi-tenant products

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with telephony solutions (e.g., Five9)
  2. Understanding of project management methodologies and experience with Jira
  3. Knowledge of data analytics tools, including CRM Analytics Plus and Tableau
  4. Background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation techniques
  5. Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmacy sector
