Role Overview

This position is diverse, providing support for various SaaS applications leveraged by IT and Finance departments. It necessitates a comprehensive understanding of Agile IT frameworks and a robust data-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Integration and Configuration: Focus on achieving seamless end-to-end integrations with our enterprise agile planning and work management platform, along with other IT tools. This includes tool configurations and customizations to meet the evolving needs of Agile teams.

Data Management: Facilitate our Technology Business Management framework by identifying, acquiring, and integrating various IT-related data sets, utilizing the ApptioOne platform.

Holistic Data Solutions: Develop comprehensive data integration solutions encompassing ingestion, cleansing, transformation, loading, testing, and quality assurance.

Technical Skills Required
  • Expertise in creating SaaS web application integrations from initial conception to testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, Webhooks, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban, while managing tasks in an Enterprise Agile Planning tool.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills using platforms like Microsoft Teams.
  • Administration and configuration of SaaS applications, particularly agile tools such as Targetprocess, Jira/Jira Align, and Rally.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI, as well as power query M and DAX.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivots, functions, and data manipulation.
