The role of an IAM Solutions Architect encompasses evaluating, supporting, and executing top-tier Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution frameworks. A successful candidate will exhibit a leadership-oriented mindset, extensive experience in scalable architecture, and a knack for problem-solving. Exceptional communication skills and awareness of current industry trends are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Comprehend the business landscape and spearhead the solution design process
  • Accountable for making informed technology selections and decisions
  • Advocate for architectural and development best practices
  • Ensure that projects adhere to established architectural standards
  • Conduct design reviews and apply optimal design principles
  • Provide technical guidance throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including system analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Exhibit the ability to introduce innovative perspectives and generate creative ideas and approaches
  • Facilitate the development process and operational activities
  • Identify obstacles and areas for improvement
  • Define and uphold architecture standards and guidelines through training and review
  • Guide the implementation team effectively
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives related to training and Statement of Work (SOW) validation
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in the IAM domain with at least three complete IAM project deliveries
  • Strong background in microservices architecture
  • Robust experience in utilizing design, architecture, and integration patterns
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Capability to perform cost-benefit analyses for assigned projects
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in estimating implementation efforts
