KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct architecture assessments and deliver insights to assist clients and partners in circumventing configuration and implementation challenges.
  • Collaborate with technical architects and product engineers to develop innovative solutions and enhance existing deployments.
  • Provide expert technical assistance for customer inquiries related to Saviynt applications on ServiceNow and Saviynt CPAM products.
  • Identify product offering deficiencies and partner with the product team to prioritize essential fixes and standardization efforts.
  • Support partners in their implementation processes by sharing best practices.
  • Guide support teams through intricate issues and collaborate on documenting root cause analyses and observations.
  • Assist implementation teams in addressing complex business scenarios.
  • Adhere to approved lifecycle methodologies and create comprehensive documentation for design and testing phases.
  • Engage closely with the product team to grasp new features in upcoming releases and facilitate internal workshops for field and support engineers.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive knowledge in the Identity and Access Management domain is essential.
  • Experience in developing applications on ServiceNow and in the Privileged Access Management domain.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a comparable field of study.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE and SQL, with the ability to construct SQL queries and troubleshoot data-related issues.
  • Over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, configuring, and deploying Identity Management and Governance solutions.
  • Familiarity with Unix Shell and Perl scripting.
  • Prior experience with integration involving any Single Sign-On (SSO) provider.
  • Understanding of Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Awareness of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and their significance.
  • Experience with various ticketing systems such as Service Desk, Remedy, FreshDesk, JIRA, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with analytical capabilities.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, project-driven work setting.
  • Capacity to work autonomously, adapt swiftly, and maintain a positive outlook.

The salary range for this position considers a variety of factors influencing compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, and other organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. At Saviynt, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, as compensation decisions depend on the specific circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is between $150,000 and $165,000 annually.
