Position Overview:

This is a Hybrid role at Ampcus Inc.

Role Summary:

The Integration Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting various SaaS applications that are essential for IT and Finance divisions. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of Agile IT environments and a strong analytical approach to data management. A significant emphasis will be placed on achieving seamless integrations with our enterprise agile planning and work management tool, Apptio Targetprocess, alongside other IT solutions. Additionally, the role involves configuring and customizing tools to meet the evolving needs of Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing holistic data integration solutions, encompassing data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, loading, testing, and quality assurance.
  2. Creating SaaS web application integrations from initial design through to testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
  3. Demonstrating proficiency with REST APIs, Webhooks, Javascript, JSON, XML, and HTML/CSS.
  4. Applying Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban, while managing tasks in an Enterprise Agile Planning tool.
  5. Enhancing and automating workflows and business processes.
  6. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration using Microsoft Teams.
  7. Exhibiting strong self-management, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication.
  8. Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Apptio Products such as ApptioOne, Targetprocess, and Cloudability.
  2. Background in the development, maintenance, and administration of Technology Business Management applications.
  3. Administration and configuration experience with SaaS applications, particularly agile tools like Targetprocess, Jira/Jira Align, or Rally.
  4. Familiarity with Cloud and FinOps practices.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and power query M & DAX.
  6. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivots, functions, and data manipulation.
