Your Role:
Are you ready to assist our clients in their digital transformation journey and further enhance our platform? We are a globally distributed R&D team dedicated to building a platform that addresses the most challenging security and compliance issues while ensuring Saviynt remains a leader in enterprise identity cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Saviynt's Enterprise Identity Cloud empowers modern enterprises to scale their cloud initiatives and tackle significant security and compliance challenges efficiently.

The company integrates identity governance (IGA), detailed application access, cloud security, and privileged access management (PAM) to safeguard the entire business ecosystem while delivering a seamless user experience.

Working closely with business partners and engaging with clients, you will tackle their technical challenges and uphold quality through collaborative, test-driven, and behavior-driven development.

Problem Solving:
Complex challenges often necessitate innovative and creative solutions, and you will be tasked with devising out-of-the-box strategies to address them. Simply resolving issues is insufficient; your proactive mindset will also help identify opportunities for enhancing performance, quality, and efficiency.

Utilize your technical expertise while mentoring and collaborating with junior software engineers. The architect must possess a solid understanding of AI integration and programming paradigms to guide engineering teams in structuring projects effectively.

Stay informed about current and emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and other advanced technologies. Lead architecture review board sessions to ensure the proper development and implementation of AI and ML modules.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software architect, particularly with customer-facing, large-scale, web-based, or SaaS applications.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development or architecture with Privileged Access Management using leading PAM products.
- In-depth, hands-on understanding of various Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Grails).
- Strong knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns.
- Practical knowledge of deployment patterns for cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
- Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems, with a willingness to assist support and development teams in diagnosing and resolving production issues.

Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term decision-making implications.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, and training. You may also be eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan, subject to the program's governing rules, where awards depend on individual and organizational performance.

Security and Compliance:
