About the Role:

Industrious, a leading provider of premium workplace-as-a-service, is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional online discovery and check-out experiences for our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Craft visually striking and functional designs for our e-commerce platforms, focusing on layout, graphics, and user interfaces to enhance the shopping experience.
  • User Experience (UX): Elevate user experience with intuitive navigation and transaction elements. Must be adept in applying A/B testing to refine UX and understand the impact on conversion rates and overall e-commerce flow.
  • Branding Consistency: Ensure the website's design is in harmony with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Responsive and Adaptive Design: Develop adaptable designs for a variety of devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) ensuring a consistent user experience.
  • Performance Optimization: Work in tandem with developers to optimize site design for performance and loading efficiency.
  • User-Centric Testing: Implement user testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement in design and UX.
  • Content Integration: Collaborate with the content team for the integration and regular update of product information and visuals.
  • Market and E-Commerce Trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends and e-commerce technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with marketing, sales, and IT teams for a unified and effective e-commerce strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years+ of related experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio in e-commerce projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g.,).
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking, particularly in optimizing e-commerce user flows and conversion rates.
