About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital E-commerce Director to join our team at Reitmans. As a key member of our marketing and e-commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and E-commerce to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and goals.
- Lead the development of e-commerce plans and strategies that deliver a 360-degree customer experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and resources to ensure effective use of marketing spend.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize online marketing spend and improve campaign performance.
- Develop and manage online subject matter experts to ensure expertise and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Oversee the development and management of the organic search practice to ensure brands leverage search practice findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
- University degree in a field related to marketing, business, or e-commerce.
- Bilingual French and English.
- Minimum 8 years of e-commerce, digital, or online marketing experience.
- Understanding of audience building strategies.
- Superior analytic skills, using performance data to optimize current campaigns and identify new opportunities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and oversee multiple projects at once.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of high-performing individuals.
