Job Title: Director, National Electronic Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as Director, National Electronic Sales. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth in the electronics access control market across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the electronics access control market.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the electronics access control market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the electronics access control market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of sales leadership experience in the electronics access control market.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive activity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Valid passport required for travel.
