Executive Director of Sales

National Impex Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales processes.
- Manage Sales Teams: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build trust.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams. Proficient in sales software and tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
