In the role of NetSuite Senior Project Leader within our Digital Solutions division, you will become part of a premier NetSuite team recognized for excellence. This position offers the chance to collaborate with some of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding companies, enhance your NetSuite and leadership capabilities, and spearhead NetSuite projects that address our clients' most critical business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and direct Connor Group systems and NetSuite-related initiatives, including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and specialized projects.
  2. Ensure that projects meet the desired scope, timeline, and quality standards while adhering to Connor Group's established best practices.
  3. Manage NetSuite projects through all phases, encompassing scoping, planning, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Exhibit strong functional knowledge of NetSuite and the ability to assess the effectiveness of business operations while identifying areas for enhancement.
  5. Lead process improvement initiatives by collaborating with clients and Connor Group teams to define problem statements, analyze processes/data, propose solutions, and ensure alignment.
  6. Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to project team members.
  7. Engage in client business development activities, including client meetings, proposal preparation, statements of work, and project estimation.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in ERP and system implementations, guiding organizations through all phases of implementation.
  3. NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
  4. 5+ years of direct experience with NetSuite implementation, upgrades, and support.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of the NetSuite cloud platform, integration capabilities, and data migration tools.
  6. Strong understanding of key financial processes such as Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
  7. Exceptional project management skills and experience.
  8. Excellent interpersonal abilities, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.
  9. Self-driven with a commitment to learning, accountability, and a proven history of achieving results.
  10. Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. CPA and/or Master's degree.
  2. NetSuite certification.
  3. Experience with NetSuite Multi-book, Inventory, and Advanced Revenue Management implementations.
  4. Familiarity with ASC-606 (revenue recognition).
